Dania licence requests The Dania Assist software reviews the accessibility of documents created in Word, PowerPoint and Excel and highlights any changes that will be needed to make the documents accessible including: title; headings; images (alt+text); objects (text boxes); tables (heading row); links (link text/screen tip); colour contrast. If you are provided with a Dania licence, you will be responsible for ensuring all documents submitted for publishing on the council's website/intranet are accessible. Availability of Dania licences is limited If you no longer need a licence, or you change your laptop, you must ask for the licence to be uninstalled. The UX Content team will review requests before confirming that a licence request has been approved. Once we have approved the request, a call will need to be raised with the IT helpdesk.
