About the fund
The Brum Breathes Fund will help communities across Birmingham address the issue of poor air quality.
The Brum Breathes Fund is a scheme that aims to support projects and activities which:
- improve air quality
- raise awareness of the impacts associated with poor air quality
The Brum Breathes Fund has been created with revenues from the Clean Air Zone (CAZ) and provides:
- single member wards £20,000 a year for the next 2 years (up to the end of March 2025)
- double member wards £40,000 a year for the next 2 years (up to the end of March 2025)
