Freshwinds Advice and Welfare Service
Freshwinds are currently co-located with the Neighbourhood Advice and Information Service at Quinton Customer Service Centre. Freshwinds Advice and Welfare Service is a free, independent and confidential service which offers advice on debt/money and all types of welfare benefits, including Tribunal Representation at Quinton Customer Service Centre. They offer a drop in service on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 1pm, or booked appointments from 2pm to 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You can book an appointment via the reception at the office, or by calling 0121 415 6670, and asking to speak to the Advice and Welfare Team.
