Former Avery Guidex Site and Buildings - Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG)
This Planning Brief for the Former Avery Guidex site on the corner of Camp Hill Middleway and Stratford Road in Sparkbrook was drawn up in the early 1990s following a fire which damaged or destroyed much of the building. It was felt a specific brief was approporate for the site due to its prominent nature and links to the strategic highways through the city.
The document provides detailed guidance in relation to car parking, design and uses on the site. It was adopted as supplementary planning guidance in 1993. A copy of the Planning Brief is available below.
