If so, please note that new legislation is to be introduced from 6th April 2009 that will reduce the length of time for applicants to submit an appeal if the householder application is refused. For planning applications submitted on or after the 6th April 2009, applicants will only have 12 weeks from the date of decision to submit their appeal against the Council's refusal of their planning application.
