A number of major new developments are in the pipeline or already underway in Birmingham, as the city's national and international standing continues to grow.

Here we aim to give you planning information about some of the major schemes. We include information about some of the major redevelopment and regeneration proposals promoted by Local Plans and Planning Frameworks, and in some cases include details of recent or current planning applications.

Where appropriate, links to the developers' websites are included to provide further details.

Locate in Birmingham publish 'Birmingham Developments' on a quarterly basis. This document provides information on current and proposed developments. Location maps are also included.
