Report a workplace health and safety issue

We enforce health and safety laws through routine inspections. We investigate complaints about dangerous incidents, serious accidents and unsafe practices. We generally respond to these reports by calling the employer, writing to them and visiting their premises.

We investigate concerns such as:

  • accidents and incidents
  • work-related illness
  • dangerous occurrences
  • asbestos issues
  • unsafe practices or unhealthy working conditions
