The Frankfurt Market is now a well established popular feature in Birmingham each Christmas

Stall

Venue: Victoria Square and Upper New Street
Date: 13 November - 23 December 2008
Time: 10am-9pm daily

With over 90 stalls, this is the largest authentic German Christmas market outside of Germany or Austria. It’s a great place to look for unusual gifts including toys, candles, glasswork, decorations, textiles and lacework. Warming food and drink is on sale including Bratwurst, roasted chestnuts and Glühwein.

stalls 2 The bandstand in Victoria Square hosts lunchtime and evening concerts and a fairground carousel helps keep the children entertained.

The Frankfurt Market is brought to Birmingham by the City Centre Partnership and Birmingham City Council in conjunction with Frankfurt City Council.

Getting There

The Frankfurt Market is centrally located in Victoria Square just minutes away from New Street station.

If travelling by car, please use the Brunel Street, Brindley Drive, NIA, Civic Centre, Livery Street, Moat Lane or Dudley Street car parks.
