Birmingham’s Enterprise City High Growth Programme
The Enterprise City High Growth Programme seeks to meet the needs of Birmingham businesses at every stage of their development. Following a growing demand from small and medium-sized enterprises, Birmingham City Council has successfully applied for European Regional Development Funding to carry out further work on the Enterprise City High Growth Programme.
Offering up to £6,000 worth of FREE business development through Birmingham City Council, Enterprise City has already enabled more than 210 businesses and entrepreneurs to benefit from tailored and expert one-to-one business coaching from top consulting firm Deloitte and the Academy for Chief Executives.
- Supporting new businesses that have the opportunity and the desire to achieve high growth.
- Providing a flexible package of mentoring, strategy development workshops and networking events to enable rapid progress so that key business goals are achieved.
- Coaching business leaders so they can develop a clear view of where their business can and should go and how to get there.
- Working directly with entrepreneurs and management teams to develop their personal skills to help steer their business through to the next stage.
- Providing a customised service to address distinct needs of individuals and businesses at their own stage of growth.
- Providing access to learning and support from experienced peer groups who have gone through similar experiences themselves as managers and entrepreneurs.
The programme is entirely FREE to qualifying participants thanks to support from Birmingham City Council and the European Regional Development Fund.
Participation is limited to businesses paying their business rates to Birmingham City Council. Other eligibility criteria also apply.
