Education Infrastructure
Education Infrastructure (EdI) is a non-profit making service. EdI offer asset-management related traded services to schools, academies and early years settings. These services include:
- General advice and guidance on property and asset related issues
- Support to manage building and school organisation projects
- Support and advice on obtaining capital, emergency and dual/matched funding
- Access to asset survey, ownership, boundary and title data
- Training and guidance on statutory compliance issues and Duty Holder responsibilities
- Tailored property management support through property audit/planning meetings
- Administration of landlord approval and dual funding applications for building projects
- Access to a bespoke website and a termly advice and information bulletin
