Walking Groups

There are walking groups all over Birmingham and they are ideal for people looking for a gentle, safe activity to help start to improve their health and fitness. It is advisable to wear flat, sturdy shoes and clothes suitable for the weather. All walks are free.

Woodgate Valley Country Park Wednesdays 10am Visitor centre, Clapgate Lane

The Health Exchange also arranges walking groups, they are funded by Be Active and all of the walks are free
