Freedom of Information: Statistical Information

As a large Public Authority, Birmingham City Council receives and responds to hundreds of FoI requests each year. Under the conditions of the act, we have an obligation to respond to these requests within twenty days where possible.

To illustrate Birmingham City Councils commitment to best Practice with Freedom of Information, we are also publishing statistical information on our performance when dealing with the requests we receive .

The following table shows the total number of requests received by Birmingham City Council and of those that were responded to within 20 days (where the information is available).
