ICE Youth Gyms

With the latest equipment made just for kids, the ICE Youth Gym is designed to offer the ideal workout especially for children aged 8-16 years.

It incorporates cardiovascular equipment, which makes your heart beat faster, your blood pump oxygen around your body, and builds up your stamina. Then there’s the resistance equipment to make your muscles stronger. You can also listen to funky music on our plasma TVs while you work out.

Before using the gym, each child must complete a three-stage induction with a fully-qualified instructor, where they will be shown how to use the equipment safely. After their induction, children may use the gym as often as the instructor recommends. They are always fully supervised.
