Environmental Enquiry Service: Customer Accounts

Regular users of the Environmental Enquiry Service may like to consider joining our customer account service. Account customers may submit enquiries by post, fax or email without the presentation of payment with each enquiry.

A summary of enquiries dealt with is sent to each account user at the end of each month and settlement is then made by the issue of a single cheque. For companies with more than one office, a separate statement for each office can be prepared if this is more convenient.

The scheme is particularly useful for companies who use our service at least five times per month, and aims to reduce the time taken in administration as well as helping us to provide you with a faster and more flexible service.
