Contact Birmingham Adoption and Fostering Service

All adoptive parents and foster carers must undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check so we can make sure that they are suitable to look after children and young people.

If the idea of adopting or fostering is of interest to you and you would like to find out more, we are happy to help. You can register your interest online now, or you can telephone or visit us at our Recruitment Centre (near to the Children's Hospital in Birmingham City Centre), whatever suits you best. We operate a duty rota system during our opening times so that an informed member of staff will be available to help you with your enquiry.
