Specialist Brokerage Service
The Birmingham Care Development Agency (bcda) is expanding its service to offer a free and impartial independent Skills and Business Brokerage specialist service to the care sector.
The Skills Broker will help you to identify business development and training needs within your organisation which will assist you to expand and maximise your staff and facilities.
The skills broker will complete an Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) in order to identify your training and business development needs. Funding is available for all employees, domestic staff, administration staff etc, the ONA will identify training and development needs for all.
Some employers may have completed a Train to Gain ONA document which conducts a 'light touch' assessment with your Training Provider. You may be contacted in the near future to discuss whether you would like to complete a full ONA assessment which gives access to a wider range of development and funding.
