29 - 30 Lower Essex Street
The drop in centre is run by volunteers. It offers space for people to talk in confidence, a variety of activities and enables them to meet other positive people, their carers or partners. It also provides access to a Citizens Advice Bureau worker every Monday and a variety of support groups.
The centre is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.

African Women's Group
Meets on the last Thursday of the month at Abplus. This is an informal group where women can share experiences and learn from each other and gain support in living with HIV.

Meets on the third Sunday of the month at Abplus.

A group for French speaking communities living with HIV.

This group is for people diagnosed five years or more.
Living Proof is run by the National Long Term Survivors Group. It is mainly a self-help group that organises regular residential weekends to create opportunities for people to meet across the UK.
