Disability access audits
Under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA), all public and most private buildings used to provide services must make reasonable adjustments so that they are accessible to people with a disability or special need.
Our team of qualified access auditors, managed by an accredited member of the National Register of Access Consultants, can provide you with a one-stop service for all your accessibility needs.
How do we carry out Access Audits?
One of our team will visit your property and walk around the building to examine access to all areas required.
We can assess accessibility for employees, visitors or customers, depending on your needs.
We will provide a written and photographic report, along with recommendations for improvements, to meet the requirements of the DDA.
What other services do we offer?
Our written audit reports include action planning, and cost estimates. We can also provide a full design service and supervise works from start to finish.
