Project Management

Ensuring projects are properly managed is the keystone for good delivery and it is of vital importance to Urban Design and to our clients.

The Project Management team brings together skills, resources, technology, ideas and ownership and with a structured approach, takes responsibility for achievement and delivery of our Clients business objectives or projects. In short that is, delivery; on time, to quality and within budget. The team deals with the whole process from inception to completion and final handover, providing effective leadership and driving efficient team working.

Our core principles are:
  • The Project Manager will be the single point of contact between the client and all those contributing to project delivery throughout the life of the project, and be responsible for it delivery as planned.
  • Project Managers will be customer focused, driving the project forward, ensuring that all the needs and expectations of the Client are met and the client is kept informed and involved. They will strive to continually improve Client Satisfaction with the way in which Projects are delivered.
  • Project Managers will coordinate the multi-disciplinary team of Construction Professionals (technical and design specialists), including the contractor, throughout the life of the project to ensure delivery to plan.
