NOTICE OF MARRIAGE
£35.00 for entry of each notice payable to the Superintendent Registrar

ADVANCE BOOKING for marriage at APPROVED PREMISES WITHIN BIRMINGHAM
£50.00 payable to Birmingham City Council + Approval Holder's Letter (Blue Form BM3) (£75 for bookings made on and after 1st April 2013)
This fee is non-refundable

MARRIAGE CEREMONY FEES:
REGISTER OFFICE Registrar's attendance at ceremony + one marriage certificate
£49.00 payable to the Registrar on the day

REGISTERED BUILDING Registrar's attendance at ceremony + one marriage certificate
£83.50 payable to the Registrar on the day
You may pay by:

APPROVED PREMISES within Birmingham Registration District
Ceremony on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday + one marriage certificate
£400 payable to Birmingham City Council in advance (this includes the advance booking fee) (£420 for ceremonies after 1st April 2014)
