Licensing Poisons sellers
Under the Poisons Act 1972, persons selling non-medicinal poisons must have their name retained in a list kept by the local authority.
You can apply for your name to be inserted or retained on the local authorities list of Poison Sellers online and pay by credit/debit card by going to the Poison Sellers Licence Application or the Poison Sellers Renewal Application.
Once your application has been received by licensing you will be sent a payment reference number in order to pay for your application online by credit/debit card. To go directly to the payment page go to the Licensing Online Payment Form.
