Business and Learning provides this free internet service to every home and business in Birmingham as part of its mission to: start new businesses, help established ones grow and individuals to prosper.

You don't need to be a library member to look at the site on a library computer. If you want to use it on your home, college or office computer, you need to have a library card. Membership is free to anyone who lives, works or studies in Birmingham. You can join online or at your nearest library.
