Cardio Tennis is a kind of exercise class that uses tennis-based drills and activities, all performed to up-tempo music. Classes take place on proper tennis courts, but you don't have to be an experienced player – it's all about burning calories.
Each class is broken down into warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. Drills and activities include things like running across court, hitting the ball as hard as you can and bunny hopping over your racket.
