Licensing - Prosecutions

At their meeting in May 2005 the former Licensing Committee agreed to publicise cases taken by the City Council insofar as these relate to offences committed in respect of the Licensing Service. The list below identifies cases taken between May 2015 to October 2015 and this will be updated on a monthly basis following consideration of the report on this matter by the Licensing and Public Protection Committee each month.

Only cases taken over a six month period will remain on this web page. The page will be reviewed regularly with older cases being deleted on this basis.
