The Council Business Plan
The Council Business Plan is a high level statement of intent setting out the ambition for this authority for the forthcoming year(s). From 2010, the Council Business Plan has incorporated the policy priorities, council budget and workforce planning.
It is our contribution to the delivery of the Sustainable Community Strategy - "Birmingham 2026" and is supported by the city council's planning framework which includes Policy Framework Plans and Directorate/Business Plans.
