Middleton Hall Road & Bunbury Road Area of Restraint

Some areas of the city experience high demand to convert large residential properties into non-family dwellings, such as flats, student accommodation, rented rooms or small care facilities.

Concentration of properties in these uses can cause problems with noise disturbance and parking, particularly where located close together.

This supplementary planning guidance designates part of Middleton Hall Road, from its junction with Pershore Road South to its junction with Longfellow Road, and Nos 2 - 120 Bunbury Road as 'Areas of Restraint' to help protect against the intensification of these uses in those areas.
