Ten Acres Pershore Road Development Brief - Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG)
This is one of three development briefs prepared following the adoption of the Stirchley Framework in 1994. The Pershore Road site is identified predominantly for residential use. This brief provides detailed planning guidance about how the area should be delivered and provides the opportunity to encourage improvments to the street environment in the area.
The development brief was adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance in 1998 and will be used for the determination of future planning applications in the area.
