Ten Acres Former Dogpool Mills Site Development Brief - Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG)
This is one of three development briefs prepared following the adoption of the Stirchley Framework in 1994. The Dogpool Mills site is identified predominantly for industrial use. This brief provides detailed planning guidance about how the area should be redeveloped and encourages a comprehensive development of the area.
The development brief was adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance in 1996 and will be used for the determination of future planning applications in the area.
