Stirchley Framework - Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG)
The Stirchley Framework was prepared to address local concerns about the quality of the built environment in Stirchley, a lack of investment in the shopping area and uncertainty over highway proposals in the area.
The key objectives of the document are to:
- Provide a summary of the existing character of Stirchley
- Set a vision of the sort of place Stirchley could become, and
- Identify the issues and opportunities to help achieve this.
The Framework was adopted in November 1994 as Supplementation Planning Guidance and will be used to determine future planning applications in the area.
A copy of the document is below along with a map showing the area covered by the proposals. Apologies for the poor quality of the document.
