Lozells and Soho Hill Conservation Area

Lozells and Soho Hill Conservation Area was designated in 1979.
It contains a number of listed buildings as well as Victorian dwellings and squares displaying a variety of architectural detail. Protection was felt necessary to protect against the gradual erosion of the character of the area by unsympathetic additions to properties.
