Anchorage Road Conservation Area

Anchorage Road Conservation Area was designated in 1992. It lies to the north of the Sutton Coldfield High Street Conservation Area as development pressures increased concern was raised about the character of Sutton Coldfield as a whole.
The area contains a number of listed buildings as well as Victorian terraced properties and later 20th Centrury dwellings in large, well established gardens.
