Availability of Documents

Documents are updated every day but will be available to view 1 day after the application has been accepted. If related documents are not available please try the following day. The date documents were last updated is displayed on the search screen.

Quality of Documents

Documents are submitted to us in paper format which are then scanned to create an electronic version. We do also receive some documents electronically.

We try to ensure that all documents are of high quality and that file sizes are kept to a minimum. This will mean that some documents will be displayed as black and white. We will continue to monitor documents available online but in some cases it will depend on the quality of the original document.

Viewing Documents

The related documents screen provides information on the type, name , file size and the date each document was received into our back office system.

  • Select the document name to open (opens in a new window as a PDF)
  • You can then use the tools available in Adobe Reader to enlarge, rotate or print if required.

Accessibility

If you have a visual impairment or any other disability that prevents you from viewing documents online please us. We will be able to make arrangements for you to visit our offices or one of our officers will be able to discuss the application and answer any questions you may have.
