To view/download copies of the Licensing Act 2003 application forms, together with regulations, fees etc. visit:-
Birmingham City Council Licensing Authority is required to prepare and publish its Statement of Licensing Policy every three years.
The current Statement of Licensing Policy came into effect on the 16 October 2012 and is available to view below.
