A notice for review of the premises licence has been made in respect of: Taste of the Town (Genesis Club), 286 Stratford Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, B11 1AA.
Grounds for review relate to the following licensing objective(s):
The prevention of Crime & Disorder and Public Safety.
Reasons: A review of the Premises Licence is sought by West Midlands Police as a result of inspections at the Premises where it was discovered smoking was being permitted on the Premises and various breaches of the licence including operating beyond permitted hours and non-compliance with the conditions of licence.
The application for review of the above premises may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Crystal Court, Aston Cross Business Village, 50 Rocky Lane, Aston, B6 5RQ. The Licensing Register can be viewed at www.birmingham.gov.uk
Any representations by other persons and responsible authorities regarding the review must be made in writing between the following dates:
28th May 2015 to 24th June 2015
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
