Provisional Bookings
Provisional booking will only be held for four weeks until written confirmation and a booking form are received.
Access and Toilet for People with Disabilities
Access to the Library Theatre is with assistance, via the main Central Library entrance. Please report to Customer Services desk in the foyer. All of our venues have toilet facilities for the disabled.
Catering
Light catering can be arranged via Civic Catering. Please contact Civic Catering on 0121 303 2050 to discuss your requirements.
No Smoking
Please note that the Library and all of its meeting venues are strictly no smoking areas.
