If you want to register your civil partnership at a Register Office or approved premises, both of you will you need to give Notice of Civil Partnership
Each notice must be given more than 29 days in advance of your ceremony.

Where can I have my civil partnership?
A civil partnership can only be registered in a Register Office, at approved premises or in a religious building that has been approved for civil partnership registrations to take place, after the correct legal preliminaries have been completed.
