Irish in Birmingham

If you need free and confidential support with housing , finances, health, bereavement and loss, isolation and loneliness, family issues, alcohol problems or simply want to get involved in Irish cultural activities, help is available at Erdington Library every Tuesday from 10am until 1pm.

Irish Family History Support Group

Are you interested in tracing your Irish family history?

You are welcome to come along to our support group which meets monthly at Erdington Library on the second Saturday of each month from 10am till 11.30am. There is a charge of £4.50 for each session.

English and Welsh Family History Support Group

Are you interested in tracing your English and Welsh family history?

We have a monthly support group which meets here at Erdington Library on the second Saturday of each month from 12noon till 1.30pm. There is a charge of £4.50 for each session

Bookwormers Reading Group

  • Sharing your reading experiences in an informal setting.

Join our informal reading group Erdington Bookwormers, which meets in the library on the first Thursday of the month at 10 - 11am and read some of the reviews by the group.

Erdington Crime Fiction Reading Group

Erdington Crime Fiction Reading Group was established in 1995 and is open to anyone interested in reading and discussing crime fiction.
