Services for People from New Communities

Library Membership

  • If you are learning English please let us know. You will be able to request particular items from the library stock for free.

  • If you do not have any proof of a permanent address, you will be able to borrow 2 books. The library card will be posted to where you are living. This library card is valid for 3 months.

  • When you have a permanent address you will be able to have a library card to borrow up to 8 items.
