Netloan Computer Booking System
Please note that Central Library is now closed. The new Library of Birmingham will open in Centenary Square in September.
We are making some essential improvements to the Netloan Booking System. These changes may temporarily affect the access to the public computers. The major changes begin on Wednesday 24 July 2013 when the PCs will not be available.
We do not anticipate any further problems with accessing computers at libraries. In the unlikely event of any further disruption to the service, please accept our apologies. These changes are an important part of the upgrade of our ICT services.”
In response to your comments your allowance is now 6 hours a week. Adults can make 2 hour bookings, with further time after a 20 minute break. Children under 16 can book up to 2 hours a day. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Please note if you arrive late time is deducted from your session and if you arrive 10 minutes late your session is cancelled.
If you have books overdue or owe £1 or more in fines you will not be able to book a computer until the fines are paid
