Home Choice
Home choice, run by Birmingham City Council’s Housing Department, enables local residents on a property waiting or transfer list, to bid for properties via the Birmingham Home Choice website. Dedicated Home Choice PCs are located in the foyer area of Birmingham Central Library.
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 10am - 5pm
Fridays 10am - 4.30pm
Saturdays 10am - 4pm
A member of housing department staff is available to provide assistance for two hours each day during opening hours:
Monday 11am - 1pm
Tuesday 2pm - 4pm
Thursday 2pm - 4pm
Friday 11am - 1pm
