Customer Services employees 144 people and manages through Vertex, the Contact Birmingham service of 125 staff. Customer Services has two main roles:-

to provide customer focused and cost effective support to the Resources Department and

to provide corporate leadership and support to the whole Council in Procurement and that adds value and reflects better practice
