Birmingham City Council
This collection consists of 54 maps and plans of parts of Birmingham, Harborne, Halesowen, Smethwick and Worcestershire; dated between 1811 and 1876. Many of the maps and plans were surveyed by Howard Simcox or by the partnership of Simcox and Clarke. They were given to Birmingham Public Libraries by Arthur William Whitwell, an architect, in 1931.
