This map shows the boundaries of parishes and districts in Birmingham; it does not include Aston, Handsworth
or Edgbaston, which were then independent of Birmingham. It is dated April 23rd 1847, was printed by B. Hunt & Sons
in High Street, and could be purchased for two shillings and sixpence. The population of each parish is given.
Schools - which would have either been independent or linked with a church - are also shown.
