How to pay your rent
Rent is collected from the stalls every day. Please make sure you have enough cash to pay when requested.
Transferring your stall to another trader
It is possible to transfer your stall, but you must get approval from Birmingham City Council before you do so. For more information visit our Transferring a market stall page.
What can you sell on your stall?
Some restricted lines such as alcohol and cigarettes are forbidden.
There are also restrictions in the Rag Market on the sale of material/fabric, net curtains and mobile phones and accessories. These restrictions are due to over-representation of these lines and this list is not exhaustive.
Get in touch to find out if what you intend to sell if permitted.
