Employment Preparation Team
Training is offered in several areas, including: office administration, catering, manufacturing, retail, horticulture and grounds maintenance.
Based in Inkermann Street Nechells, the team work with trainees to identify work placements and employment opportunities, and offer strong support and guidance. The team can also assist trainees to access further education courses at local colleges

Nechells Green Garden Centre
Part of the Employment Preparation Team, Nechells Green Garden Centre has quickly developed a reputation as a high quality provider of garden essentials, with an excellent range of shrubs, houseplants, bedding plants, hanging baskets, garden furniture for sale- in fact everything that any keen gardener could wish for!
The Garden Centre based in Inkermann Street, Nechells, is open to the public Monday-Friday and services are delivered by trainees. Many trainees with disabilities have progressed into employment with retail outlets in the city.
