How to Apply Steps 3 + 4

Step Three: Shortlisting of Applications

When we receive your application form it will be registered and passed to the recruitment selection panel to shortlist. Each panel member will read your application form to see how your experience, skills and abilities, match the criteria shown on the person specification so it is important to demonstrate these clearly and fully. The selection panel will make the decision on whether you will be invited for an interview.

Step Four: Interview

If you are successful at the shortlisting stage, you will be notified by letter, email or telephone of the interview arrangements. Where applicable, you will be advised of any work-based exercise/test or presentation that will be required as part of the selection process.
