Guard Rails, Bollards and Benches

You can use this form to report faults relating to guard rails, bollards and benches

Guard rails are sections of railing placed beside the highway to discourage pedestrians from trying to cross the road at certain places, for example directly outside a school, and to encourage them to use safe crossing places such as clearly marked pedestrian crossings.

Bollards are small concrete or metal pillars most commonly used to restrict or prevent vehicular access to certain areas.

Benches include all kinds of public seating on pavements or in pedestrianised areas.

Please ensure you do not put yourself or anyone else in danger when obtaining details about the fault.
