The venue, with its lovely views over our own grounds, and the magnificent Sutton Park in the distance, plays host to a whole variety of occasions, from popular music to classical and opera, from theatre to children's shows, from major conferences to antique fairs and from banquets to those very important weddings.

Our professional catering team are available on-site to provide quality cuisine for every need. From a stylish finger buffet to an elegant banquet, our catering manager will be happy to suggest suitable menus and wines to complement your meal for any occasion.

We advise you to book your venue as early as possible to ensure availability as we tend to get booked up well in advance.

We are happy to show you around the Town Hall. This is by appointment only and is a tour of the building as well as an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

Ater the viewing if you decide that you would like to book your wedding with us, we can arrange a second appointment for you with one of our Wedding Co-ordinators where we will discuss the following:
- Time of arrival
- Menu options
- Room layout
This is also another opportunity for you to have a look around and ask any other questions.
The main suite is used for Theatre Productions as it has a built in stage.

A deposit of 50% of the total room hire is payable on booking. The balance of room hire is payable three months prior to the event. No refunds will be paid in the event of a cancellation. Charges for additional facilities and catering must be paid seven days prior to the event. Sutton Coldfield Town Hall is a non smoking venue.
