BOOKING HIGHBURY - YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Q. Who can use Highbury?
A.There are no restrictions as to who can hire Highbury, however there is a minimum of 60 guests for weddings at prime times and catering must be supplied by Highbury when hiring a room.
Q. How do I book?
A.The quickest way to obtain a provisional booking is to contact one of our helpful Venue Assistants. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Highbury on 0121 303 2050 to discuss the outline details of the function and establish whether a suitable date is available.
Q. What happens next?
A. You will need to formally confirm your booking giving as much detail as possible so that we can send you an email detailing your provisional booking.
Q. Is a Deposit required?
A. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-returnable deposit.
Q. Can I see the facilities?
A. The letter or email confirming your booking will offer the opportunity to discuss your detailed requirements with us and to view the facilities at first hand.
Q. Is Parking available?
A. Car parking is available for up to 30 cars.
Q. What about people with disabilities?
A. There is limited on site parking and level access to ground floor and appropriate toilet facilities.
Q.What if guests have special dietary needs?
A. We offer a wide range of menus and are fully experienced and sensitive in dealing with special dietary needs.
Q. What are the terms and Conditions of Hiring?
A. You must agree to the Conditions of Booking. If your function includes entertainment then you must agree to the Conditions of Letting for Entertainment.
Q. What will I be charged for Highbury?
A. The charge depends upon the room(s) hired and the type of function. You will find prices on the appropriate page on the website e.g. weddings, calendar of events etc.

Q. What payments options are there for paying my final settlement invoice?
A. Payment methods are outlined in How to pay
