Building Consultancy would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new electronic self-help services, which will provide customers, with more flexibility and choice on the method of service delivery we can offer. These services include:
- On-line Inspection Bookings
- On-line Application status tracking
- On-line Building Regulation Application Register
- Electronic deposit of Applications
- Electronic Issue of Documents
We will shortly be ‘going live’ with our new state of the art electronic services, enabling us to receive and administer your applications and plans electronically. Customers who use this facility will receive all their correspondence and certificates via email in pdf format.
Furthermore, a new internet based self-help facility, (BC Explorer), linked to your account will allow you to securely check the status of your building regulations applications and book associated site visits online 24/7. All site visits booked via this method will be carried out within 24 hours. To use this facility you will need to register for an online account.
